General Terms and Conditions – Gift Card
These terms govern the purchase, use and redemption of Thefreeway Sportswear® gift cards. By purchasing or using a gift card, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below.
1. Validity and Use
1.1 Thefreeway Sportswear® gift cards can only be used to purchase products on our official website.
1.2. The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, the remaining balance can no longer be used.
1.3 Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be converted into cash.
2. Purchase and gift option
2.1. You can purchase a gift card by selecting the desired amount directly on our website.
2.2 It is possible to add a personal message to the gift card.
2.3. The gift card can be sent to the desired recipient by email or printed out and given in person.
3. Redemption
3.1 To redeem a gift card, enter the unique code during the checkout process.
3.2. The gift card balance will be automatically deducted from the total order amount.
3.3. If the value of the gift card does not cover the total amount of the order, the remaining amount can be paid using one of the accepted payment methods.
3.4. Any unused balance will remain available for future purchases until the expiration date.
4. Restrictions
4.1. Thefreeway Sportswear® gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.
4.2 The resale of gift cards is not permitted.
4.3. In case of loss, theft or unauthorized use of the gift card, Thefreeway Sportswear® assumes no responsibility for replacement or refund of the balance.
5. Refund and Cancellation
5.1 Gift Cards cannot be refunded or cancelled once issued, unless required by law.
5.2. If products purchased with a gift card are returned, the amount will be refunded in the form of a new gift card.
6. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
6.1 Thefreeway Sportswear® reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our official website.
